RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understands each model’s features and capabilities, as well as being able to compare and contrast competitive models
  • Develops good rapport with previous and new customers
  • Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
  • Performs presentations with new and previous customers and demonstrates features of suitable vehicles
  • Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Continuously updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars, and reading professional publications
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
  • Strong people skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to the customer interaction
  • Must be excellent at communicating information
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background inquiry
